When I’m not motivated to work I make a breakfast nibble platter to snack on as I go. Whilst it’s best to not do other things when you’re eating to help you mindfully enjoy your food and it’s flavours, sometimes it’s good to be flexible and do what works for you on the day. For me I know I’m likely to swing on the cupboard doors eating rice crackers as I procrastinate 😆 so this provides me a healthy option 👌🏻Awareness and flexibility will help you make choices that nourish your body! 💖
