#TransformationTuesday / CUT UPDATE.πŸ€— -pounds lost: 10 (mostly water weight, probably more like 4-5lbs fat)
-workouts: great
-energy: great -cardio: 70 mins/ week
-macros: have only decreased by 5g carbs so far
-cheat meals: 0 (but its coming πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘…πŸ˜ˆ) –


I’m a mesomorph, I’ve always had a muscular build. This also means that I gain weight easily/ fast and I lose weight easily/ fairly quick. Last year I cut down at the same time and had lost about 20lbs by the middle of April. I’m grinding hard and I have more fat to lose this time around so I’m excited to see what I can do! –


I just track macros, hit great workouts, take needed rest days/ 1 mandatory rest day a week, and I listen to my body! I will not lower my macros if I am consistently progressing. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken.πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ This is my fourth time cutting while counting macros and it just works for me, I have a brain for this stuff! I have never had a coach or bought a training program, as a student I have always done my own research and picked up tips from social medias! (Not to say that having a coach wouldn’t be great, because I would if I were financially able) but I’m just saying it is possible to achieve results with no cost! And I’m going to school to get certified in health, nutrition, and exercise science so I love practicing on myself! –
