1. Start your day with room temperature water + lemon juice 🍋 ⠀
WHY: Drinking this the moment you get up flushes the digestive system and rehydrates the body after a night of sleeping.⠀
2. Add 1 scoop collagen peptides into your morning coffee or tea ☕️⠀
