The least sexy weight management secret ever… It’s not a secret at all, but it’s something no one …

The least sexy weight management secret ever…
It’s not a secret at all, but it’s something no one every directly told me. I read it this year for the first time and it made a big impact.
_
I remember what it was like to gain the weight back, over and over. I was so confused about why I couldn’t hit my “goal” weight, and why I kept falling off track.
_
For a long time I suffered in silence and tried to hide my secret of how bad I felt about this. I thought there was something wrong with me because I could not get my weight down and keep it off.
_
Your lowest maintainable weight is different than your lowest possible weight. Lowest maintainable weight, it the one you can reasonably keep given your life style and what you are willing to change.
_
Your lowest maintainable weight will be different than anyone else’s. Their weight has nothing to do with you. Your lowest maintainable weight could be different at this point in your life than it was 1 month ago, 1 year ago, or 10 years ago.
_
To find out what is best for you, get help. I encourage people talk with their physician, dietitian or personal trainer, to figure out what is best for you given the reality of your life. — #weightlosstransformation #weightmanagment #weightmaintenance #bodylove #isabody #bodypositive #weightloss #healthyweight #goalweight #stopbingeeating #weightlosssuccess
