🥕Yesterday I brought you Super Low Calorie Foods and got many requests for more, so here is a part 2. –
🥦When trying to dial in the calories, It’s always great to have a list of foods that are super low calorie. They give you volume, and will fill you up. Huge win!

🥒They are so low calorie, that it will be really difficult to overeat them. They are rich in vitamins, and minerals and some have high fiber content (another win for feeling full). –
🌶Save this post and the previous post so you have a list at your finger tips and head to the grocery store. –
🍒Being prepared when cutting calories is a must. Put in the preparation ahead of time, and it the sailing will be much smoother.
