Sunday mornings 10k was really hard today 😓 so tired from such a busy/active two days previous so I was really feeling it. Managed to keep my pace average 5’13” which left me quite sweaty and my abs really hurt hmm. Nice slow morning to follow with a bath and this bowl of overnight cold yogurt oats with hidden nana slices stirred in, rest of the banana on top, sultanas, tahini, a little dust of granola and most importantly as my ‘cheat’ was a @livias_kitchen caramel millionaire bite!
