Sorry about the ridiculous angle lol. Regardless of that, the video shows exactly what I need it to for this post. I notice a lot of people treating straight leg deadlifts like a conventional deadlift. The main cues for this exercise are as follows.

1) break at the hips (to do this properly, push your butt back as if you were trying to push in a dresser drawer with it) this is called a hip hinge

2) If needed, break ever so slightly in the knees

3) In a controlled manner, with your chest up, lower the dumbbells close to your legs toward the floor, until you feel a deep stretch in your hamstrings.

4) While squeezing your hamstrings and butt, drive your hips forward until your body is completely vertical. Well, I hope that made sense lol. Other things to watch for, equal distance of dumbbells and a generally straight back during this exercise.
