Those veggies are basically calorie free, meaning that they contain really low amount of calories and most of the time, and in low quantities you don’t even need to count them. They are also rich in vitamins, minerals, very fulfilling and therefore great for fat loss. 👌

That said, here is the list:

1️⃣ Asparagus
2️⃣ Cucumber
3️⃣ Lettuce
4️⃣ Baby spinach
5️⃣ Broccoli
6️⃣ Brussels sprouts
