ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕಾದ ಆಹಾರಗಳು

1. ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಶುವಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹೈ ಪ್ರೋಟೀನ್, ಅಮಿನೊ ಆಸಿಡ್, ಮಿನಿರಲ್ಸ್ , ವಿಟಮಿನ್, ಕೋಲೀನ್ , ಬಹಳಷ್ಟುದ್ದೆ. ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು. ಆದ್ದರೆ ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಳದಿಯ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು.

2. ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಸಿಯಂ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಲು, ಮೊಸರು, ಹೂ ಕೋಸು ಅಂತಹ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಸಿಯಂ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿರುವ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಶಿಶುವಿನ ಮೂಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಂತ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

3. ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಹಣ್ಣು-ತರಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನುವುದರಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡಬಹುದು. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬಾಳೆಹಣ್ಣು, ಸೇಬು, ಕಿತ್ತಳೆಹಣ್ಣು, ಕಿವಿ ಹಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ದಾಳಿಂಬೆಹಣ್ಣು, ಪಲಕ್ ಸೂಪ್ಪು, ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು.

4. ದಿನವು ದ್ವಿದಳ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹೈ ಪ್ರೋಟೀನ್ , ಹೈ ಫೈಬರ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆ ವಾಲ್ನಟ್, ಕಡಲೇಕಾಯಿಬೀಜ, ಬಾದಾಮಿ, ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಪಿಸ್ಸಾವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ತಿನ್ನುವಂತೆ ಸಹ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
