I mean it, being that mean sucks. As a women having a little bit of body fat is necessary for optimal physical & mental health. The body i maintain today is a result of:

30min at-home works & a restored relationship with food. I don’t live off a meal plan or track macros but rather have successfully found balance in intuitive eating.
