IIFYM VS FLEXIBLE DIETING

Some of you may not think there is a difference because they are both based off tracking your calories & macronutrient intake.

IIFYM turned into almost an excuse/challenge for people to fit in as much junk food as long as the numbers matched up.

However this leads to less amount of food consumed, causing you to still be hungry, bloating from the junk food, causing you to feel like crap & hold excess water.

Flexible dieting as all about balance, mostly nutrious food sources with alot of micronutrients ‘clean foods’ as some would call them.

However you can have that bit of pizza, few wee spoonfuls of ice cream & not feel guilty for it.

Consistency is what breeds results & in my opinion flexible dieting allows you to stay consistent, enjoy your life & get results.
