If you didn’t already know, us #bare girls are Italian and could prob eat pasta every night. These plant-based meatballs + zoodles do a pretty good job satisfying our pasta cravings. They may seem overwhelming but are really super easy!
White bean meatballs:
. 12 oz. white beans
. 3/4 c. Cashews (that have been soaked for a few hours) and then dried
. 3 TBS nutritional yeast . 1/4 c sun dried tomato
. 3 TBS brown rice flour
. Lots of fresh parsley and basil
. Garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
Throw it all in a food processor or blender. Scoop and form into balls and bake @ 400 for about 20 min (flipping half way though) 🍝
