If cardio seems boring to you, it might be because you’ve only done low intensity steady state cardio (e.g. jogging for an hour).

Give high intensity interval training (HIIT) a try!

Any mode of cardio will do (running, rowing, biking, swimming, etc.). It takes less time and can be more fun.

Just be sure to have plenty of rest time between intervals. (For example, 10 seconds of sprints followed by 1-2 minutes of rest.)
