I recently posted a graphic showing a sample day of eating that would amount to 120 grams of protein. It received a great response and many people thanked me for the post because they were struggling to hit their daily protein intake. I figured I’d give some more examples for high protein meals that are easy to prepare.

As I said in the other post, there’s nothing magical about 30 grams necessarily, but I do find it’s a good amount to feel full after eating and stay full in between meals.
