Eat (good) fats – your body and brain need them! 🥑Your brain is 60% fat, so it needs fats to function correctly
🥑Most of your hormones require good fats to be balanced and healthy (especially important for those trying to conceive!) Your hormones control most functions in your body, so if they are off balance, it could affect many functions in your body
🥑Fat is even needed to prevent osteoporosis amongst other things 🥑Your body will also learn to burn fat efficiently if you have fats in your diet.

So what fats should you be focussing on?
Avocado
Nuts
Seeds
Olive oil (please don’t use this for frying or roasting!) Instead have hummus with olive oil, or drizzled on salads or pasta!
Coconut oil or coconut
Oily fish
