Burn fat, balance hunger, manage cravings, and increase your energy by learning how to incorporate quick & easy fat loss friendly eating into your busy lifestyle. 馃槈

Easy Cauliflower Crust Pizza:
路1 head cauliflower
路1 egg
路 陆 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
路 1tsp garlic powder

Toppings:
路 陆 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
路 1 tomato, sliced
路 陆 cup spinach
路 陆 red onion, sliced
路 陆 cup mushrooms, sliced

Sauce:
路 10oz tomato sauce
路 1tsp dried basil
路 1tsp dried oregano
路 2tsp garlic salt

Directions:

1. Grate cauliflower head very finely. Squeeze excess moisture from grated cauliflower with paper towels

2. Add remaining crust ingredients. Press onto pizza pan lined with parchment paper

3. Bake crust at 425 for 10-12 minutes (until crust becomes golden)

4. Spread sauce on crust. Add toppings

5. Place back in oven and cook until cheese is melted (10-12 minutes)
