First attempt at four ingredient vegan bounty bars by @laurenargonne… and I think they were a success 😁

All you need to make them is a block of >85% dark chocolate, 1.5 cups of dessicated coconut, 1 cup of coconut cream and 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

Mix the dessicated coconut, coconut cream and vanilla essence in a bowl. Scoop the mixture out onto a lined tray and form into little bars. Freeze for an hour, or until set.
Once set, melt the chocolate in a bowl and then cover the bars. Finally sprinkle some left over dessicated coconut to decorate.
Store in the fridge or freezer. ❤️
