DATES🙌🏻 After being on diets that prohibited me from eating dates (low fodmap and ketogenic) for so long, I am completely over the moon that I can now eat them again! I absolutely love dates, especially medjool, they make the yummiest snack.

And in addition to being delicious, dates are so good for you! They are rich in vitamin A and B and minerals such as iron, calcium and potassium, and they contain anti-inflammatory and anti-infective properties, making them an excellent snack for those who suffer from autoimmune diseases and chronic infections.
