🔻HOW TO SUCCEED IN YOUR FAT LOSS JOURNEY🔻

Having a right and positive mindset while losing fat is maybe even harder than dieting itself. For many people, this is the biggest problem, which is also holding them back from losing fat. Today I want to share some crucial steps you need to keep in mind while dieting. 👉🏻

1️⃣ VISUALIZING; if your goal is to be thin, visualize yourself being thin. Think about how your life would be different, how would that affect your confidence, your happiness level, and everything else that is important. This is an important part and it will help you to figure out what exactly is your goal. –
2️⃣ SET SMALL GOALS – Once you figure out your long-term goal, set short-term goals such as eating vegetables every day or following macros for the entire week. Take one step at the time that will eventually take you to your long-term goal.

3️⃣ Create detailed action based plan – Once you have long-term and short-term goals, you need to sit down and make a plan on how you are going to achieve them. What are you going to do every day to get closer to your goals? You need to have a plan you trust and can rely on, and this is the part you might need assistance from more experienced people. Create a plan for yourself or make an investment into a coach, but make sure you have a detailed plan you can follow.

4️⃣ Get support – It’s really important to surround yourself with the people that encourage you, and not negatively affect your journey. If you are surrounded with the negative people, get away from them as soon as possible. Tell your family and friends that this is important to you, and maybe even make an investment into a coach that is going to support and push you. –
