Following are the ingredients for making Blueberry Pancakes For Babies
– 1 1/2 cup wheat flour or white flour
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1 cup fresh milk
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– Oil for frying
In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and keep it aside. Take another bowl and beat the egg, adding sugar and milk to it. Now add the dry ingredient mixture to the egg mixture and mix very well. Add blueberries to this and stir just enough. The batter is now ready.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and oil its surface. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread a little and cook on a medium heat only. Turn it over when the lower side is cooked. Remove it from heat when it is cooked and becomes golden brown in color.
For the best taste you will have to serve them hot.
